Terms & Conditions for Advertisement in NepaliBazar.com

These terms and conditions shall apply to all Advertisements submitted to and accepted by Nepalibazar.com

Advertisement Rates:

• 5 advertisement for 2 week : Rs. 700.00
• 5 advertisements for 1 month : Rs. 1500.00
• 5 advertisements for 2 month: Rs. 3000.00
• 5 advertisements for 3 month: Rs. 6000.00

For home page slide show:

• Rs. 500.00 per advertisement for 1 week. Advertisement at this place is fixed for the time span.

Your advertisements will be published randomly for the fixed time span.

Warranties and Indemnity:

• Only registered members are liable for the advertisement. We offer free membership registration.
• All information and contents of advertisement supplied to Nepalibazar.com is true, accurate and not misleading, and nothing contained in it is liable to bring Nepalibazar.com into disrepute
• The content is not obscene, defamatory or libellous and it will not infringe the intellectual property rights or any other rights (including any right of privacy or confidence) of any third party.
• The content complies with all applicable legislation and codes of practice in the countries in which the Material is to be published.
• It has all necessary rights, licenses and consents (including where necessary regulatory consents and consents from persons or entities cited or quoted in the content) needed to permit Nepalibazar.com to use, display, reproduce, insert or publish the content pursuant to the Advertisement Order.
• The provider of advertisement shall indemnify Nepalibazar.com and keep Nepalibazar.com indemnified against all losses, damages, expenses (including legal expenses), charges or other costs (including any settlement payments) suffered or incurred by Nepalibazar.com as a result of a breach, or alleged breach, of any of the warranties.

Prohibited Content:

• Ads must not be false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive.
• Ads, or categories of ads, which receive a significant amount of negative user feedback, or are otherwise deemed in violation of community standards will not be permitted.
• Ads cannot contain, facilitate, promote, or reference the following:
• Offensive, profane, vulgar, obscene or inappropriate language;
• Obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous and/or unlawful content;
• Tobacco products and alcoholic products;
• Ammunition, firearms or weapons of any kind;
• Gambling, including without limitation, any online casino or bingo;
• Scams, illegal activity;
• Adult content, including nudity, sexual terms and/or images of people in positions or activities that are excessively suggestive or sexual, or provocative images in violation of community standards;
• Adult toys, videos, or other adult products;
• Uncertified pharmaceutical products;
• Inflammatory religious content;
• Content that advocates against any organization, person, or group of people;
• Content that depicts a health condition in a derogatory or inflammatory way or misrepresents a health condition in any way.

 

Payment:

• Nepalibazar.com shall invoice the Client for the payment only after the advertisement contents are verified through email.
• First 10 registered members are free to adverise for certain period.
