Kumaryasava is an ideal classical alcoholic formulation prepared by fermentation of medicinal herbs and some minerals. It is alterative haematinic and appetiser. It is useful in gastrointestinal disorders, menstrual disorders, anaemia and metabolic disorders.

Ingredients:

• Kumarisvarasa (Juice of Aloe Vera)
• Guda
• Madhu
• Lauha Bhasma

Properties and Uses: Alterative, tonic, haematinic, diuretic and appetiser. Indicated in anaemia, flatulence, anlargement of liver, constipation and dysmenorrhoea. Useful also in cough, asthma, spermatorrhoea and urinary disorders.

Dosage: 15-30 ml, two or three times a day after meal with equal quantity of water.
